ViScanProfessional 2D measurement

Nowadays, the complexity of test pieces is so high that using contact or optical probes alone is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements. By using the ViSCAN two-dimensional optical probe, you can achieve both contact and optical measurements on one machine simultaneously.

The significant feature of ViScan is its flexibility in all aspects: when combined with RDS, it can achieve measurements in all spatial directions without the need to re clamp parts. There are also different lenses available for selection. Its working distance is not affected by the lens used, thus enabling deep hole measurement. In addition to measuring images, the autofocus system also allows measurements to be taken in a direction perpendicular to the camera plane.

ViScan is particularly suitable for measuring parts with small or two-dimensional geometric features, such as those made of soft materials such as metal sheets, rubber, or plastic. By using the optional mobile projection light source with LED illumination, low contrast parts such as punched parts or printed circuit boards that are difficult to measure can also be easily handled.
